Questions, answered
Can I really order just one keycap?
Yes. There’s no minimum — a single artisan, one novelty legend, or a full set all go through the same process. Single caps just skip the set-design step.
What file formats can I upload for artwork?
SVG and PNG work best for legends and icons. For hand-drawn art, a clean high-contrast scan is fine — we vectorize and center it, then send a proof for approval.
Will my legends fade over time?
No. Double-shot PBT molds the legend as a separate piece of plastic all the way through the cap, and laser etching cuts into the surface. Neither wears off with use.
How long does production take?
Single caps and standard sets ship within 7 business days. Full sets on the priority tier ship in 5. Hand-poured resin varies by design and is quoted per commission.
Do you ship outside the Nordics and EU?
We ship worldwide. EU and Nordic orders are duty-free; other regions see calculated shipping and any local duties at checkout.
